Dr. Lauryn Sonnenberg attended Syracuse University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She went on to perform a strength and conditioning internship at Champion Physical Therapy and Performance in Waltham, MA. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University. During her time at BU, she completed a clinical rotation at Overtime Elite in Atlanta, GA working with rising collegiate and professional basketball players. Over the past year, Dr. Sonnenberg completed the Ivy Rehab/Hospital for Special Surgery sports residency program. She also received her certification from HSS as an Advanced Orthopedic Triage Certified Clinician, as well as an additional certification, from Cogent Steps in Acute Management of Injury and Illness. She is passionate about utilizing a holistic and ‘whole person’ approach to therapy, addressing each individual as a whole and working together to create ways to accomplish whatever goals they may have.
