As a therapist with 4 years of experience, I enjoy working and have had success with post op replacements, especially total shoulders, total knees and total hips. As a former cross country athlete who continued distance running in my adulthood, I enjoy assessing running mechanics as well as helping those who suffer from injuries such as Achilles tendinitis and patellofemoral pain syndrome. I utilize modalities such as dry needling, cupping, and taping to get my clients back to the activities they love. Outside of work, you can find me in the gym, hitting up a Pilates class, running or with my head buried in a book.
