Parabolic’s team of Sports Performance Coaches will be offering 3 Mini Camps over the Summer, beginning June 14th and going through September 3rd for kids ranging in ages from 9-17. They will be offered at our Little Falls, New Providence, and Hackensack locations.

mini camps include:
4 Athletes Per Group
1 Hour 45 Minutes of Training over 2-5 Weeks (Choose how many session/week) focusing on Speed & Strength:
Speed Training (45 Minutes) – Speed & Agility, Change of Direction, Acceleration, Force & Power, Plyometrics
Strength Training (1 Hour) – Athletic Development, Strength, Endurance, Conditioning
